职位描述：
1. 模具管理程序文件 Equipment manage procedure file:
1.1 起草和修改工艺装备管理程序文件，报上级审核批准。
     Draft and amend equipment manage procedure file, report to leader for check and confirm.
2. 建立模具数据库establish the equipment data：
2.1 模具数据库格式设计。Equipment data format design.
2.2 模具数据库的说明和培训。Explain and training for equipment data.
2.3 模具数据库数据录入和日常维护。Equipment data record and daily renew.
3 . 新产品工艺装备new product equipment：
3.1 提出新产品工艺装备制造或采购申请。
Apply for manufacture or purchase for new product technique maintenance.
3.2 组织新产品工艺装备验收。Organize to check and accept for new product equipment.
3.3 新产品工艺装备编号、登记。Make serial number and register for new product equipment.
4. 参加工艺装备供应商的选择和评价。Attend for choice and evaluation of equipment suppliers.
5 . 商品类工艺装备（通用的标准化的备件）采购：
Purchase merchant equipment(standard spare part)
5.2 提供规格型号 Provide standard and type。
5.3 组织验收Organize to check and accept。
6. 外协类工艺装备（根据图纸或工艺要求定做的备件）采购Purchase equipment of outside machining.
6.1 提出采购申请Offered purchase application。
6.2 提供图纸和技术文件provide drawing and technique file.
 组织验收organize to check and accept。

1.教育程度：大学本科以上学历，工科专业，
Education：Above junior college, major in science
2.年龄要求：30-55岁（有特殊技能或能满足工作要求的除外）
Age ：between 30-55.(except there’s special skill)
3.专业知识：掌握生产计划管理基本过程和方法
Professional knowledge：mastery the process and method of production plan
4.基本技能：规划和组织工艺装备的设计、制造、维护、更新
Basic skill：
5.相关经验：十年以上相关模具经验。英语或德语其中一种可以作为工作语言。
