职位描述：
The Program Manager is a pivotal role within Sermo. Reporting to the Account Director with a dual responsibility to the Senior Program Manager, the Program Manager has joint responsibilities of managing and delivering projects to clients whilst also training, mentoring and overseeing the development of more junior team members. The Program Manager will have a focus on “special” account work which requires unique needs.
Key Deliverables of the Role: Project Responsibilities
Client Focus
Responsible for the day-to-day correspondence with the client ensuring the client is delighted with the project progress in all respects.
Responsible for requesting and reviewing all project documentation from the Account Executive team that commissions projects.
Manage the project kick off meeting (or conference call) to review materials and project timelines, finalizing all project requirements.
Analyze the daily fielding information from internal systems, internal recruitment and vendors, proactively providing feedback information and solutions to the client as appropriate.
Review and flag issues that may jeopardize the team’s ability to complete the project in a timely and cost effective manner or that may render the population size or incidence rate inconsistent with those assumed in the quote or other project documentation.
Project Set-Up & Execution
Communicate/liaise with internal teams; programming, quality control, translations, data processing, sampling, recruitment, external fielding vendors and others as appropriate.
Miscellaneous
Provide support and training to junior project managers
Attend all team meetings
Participate in special project work assigned from senior members from the team
Key Deliverables of the Role: Project Delivery Responsibilities
Working with the Account Director to ensure your team have the resources to deliver projects - on spec, on time and on budget.
Workload allocation
Working with Account Directors to identify and troubleshoot challenges
Resolve escalation queries – internal and external
Identify training needs and work with Account Directors and functional leaders to implement solutions
Working with Account Directors and functional leads to recruit and train new team members
Responsibility to escalate topics to Account Directors that need urgent attention
Essential Qualifications and Experience Required:
3+ years of hands on experience in online market research in a client-facing role
Fluent Business Level English communication skill is a must
Essential IT Skills Required:
Excellent Word and Excel skills
Competent Powerpoint skills
‘Role Specific’ Technical Skills or Knowledge Required:
An existing understanding of healthcare market research
Project management and/or account management/business development skills
‘Soft’ or general skills required:
