职位描述：
Character Set (Must): 1. Reasonable English (reading, speaking and writing)
                                        2. Honest
                                       3. Very nice person
                                       4. Quick learner;
Essential Skills Set: 5. Must have reasonable English (reading, speaking and writing) and fluent Chinese (reading, speaking and writing);
                                       6. Preferred a person from Dalian. Originally from Dalian and still live there is the best.
                                      7. Bachelor Degree or above majoring in Finance / Accounting or equivalent professional accounting qualification;
                                        8. At least 5 years of working experience in Finance / accounting. Out of them at least 2 years experience as a Finance Manger in a company preferred (not a must) in a shopping mall, or a big retailer, or a retail chain company;
                                       9. Good accounting knowledge in PRC GAAP;
                                     10. Good understanding of tax rules and regulations in China. Preferred also shopping mall management.
                                    11. Has understanding of day to day activities such as: Cash Flow Forecast, Budget and Budget Control, working with banks, payment procedures, etc.
                                   12. Multi Currency environment;
Job Responsibilities: 13. Responsible for the entire finance array of the Asset Management Company.
Among other things:
 Responsible for Company monthly and annual financial statements;
 Prepare monthly and annual management reports for Headquarter;
 Assist in the preparation of cash flow / profit forecast and budget of Company;
 Assist in the quarterly review and analysis of the cash flow / profit forecast and budget of the Company;
 Responsible for the payment procedure of the Company;
 Maintain tenants’ information;
 Billing review and collection management;
 Responsible for Company’s other daily financial works;
 Daily work with tax bureau;
 Assist the Headquarter in implementing accounting policies and internal control system;
