职位描述：
Main Tasks Performance/主要职责

1、Under general supervision, to respond telephone or email inquiries or complains or requests from customers or distributions, to use a computer system to track questions and answers as well as enter or check the status of orders, to organize month-end reports for support departments to finish dada analysis.
通过指导、培训，能够回应客户或经销商的电话、邮件咨询和投诉，将订单准确无误地输入系统，及时跟踪订单执行情况，追踪投诉问题的处理，处理订单汇总、分析工作，形成月报，交有关业务部门进行数据分析。
2、Obtain and update customer order forecast.
获取客户订单，并及时更新订单预测。
3、Handle RMA (Returned-Material-Authorization) procedure.
协调处理退货问题。
4、Respond inquiries for spare parts and issue quotation through operation system, follow up quotations and make contract.
回应备件询价，在系统中做报价单，跟踪报价，制作合同.
5、Assist sales team to collect prepayment
协助销售部门收取预付款
6、Communicate with Operation & Logistic Dept. within company.
与公司各运营、发货部门及时沟通订单生产和发运情况
7、Share the responsibilities with colleagues for office necessities and stationary supply and daily administration.
根据工作需要与同事共同承担销售办公室的日常行政工作。
8、Finish other tasks assigned by supervisor.
完成其他由上级分派的任务。

Qualifications/任职资格
1、Computer skill, excellent excel skill and operation system, like ERP or IFS
电脑运用熟练，特别是EXCEL， IFS或者ERP等系统的运用熟练。
2、Good English, writing & reading is a must, fluent oral will be an advantage
较好的英语沟通能力，具有较强的听说读写能力。
3、College with diploma is a minimum request for education
大专以上学历
4、With 3 to 5 years working experience, at least 1 to 2 years experience in customer service or sales related position.
3-5年的工作经验，至少有1-2年从事客服或销售助理的相关经验
5、Pleasant personality, team-play spirit, patient, detail-oriented
个性随和，具有团队合作精神，耐心，注重细节
6、Excellent communication skill is able to work under high pressure
