Location: Dalian
Job introduction:
· Lead operation team on daily operation to meet client’s KPI/SLA
· Identify cost saving project opportunities, and lead team to achieve annual saving target.
· Follow client requirement & operation status, adjust the corresponding model and provide the best solutions to client.
· Keep good relationship with client, coordinate and solve issues between client and operation team, and lead team to provide high quality service.
Key Accountabilities:
· Day-to- Day operation supervision to ensure KPI/SLA achievement
· Lead regular performance report, and review operation performance with client regularly.
· Work with global team on best practice sharing, information exchange, saving opportunities identification, etc.
· Coordinate and solve issues between client and operation team
· Drive process excellence
Requirements:
? Education: Bachelor Degree or equivalent, BBA preferred
? Experience:
1-3 years operational management experience
3 years above Multi-national company working experience
? Language: Chinese, English Fluent, Japanese Fluent.
Requirements also include:
Must be self-motivated, work well in a geographically dispersed, collaborative team environment, must exhibit a positive and professional attitude, and pay attention to detail.
Project management skills including execution of tasks, while managing risk and ensuring on time delivery.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
