职位描述：
1. Provide Engineering consulting support to sales organization. This includes telephone and written correspondence, joint calls with sales personnel to address customer's technical inquiries and investigating field installations as to product usage and performance. Address direct customer inquiries regarding Victaulic product features, benefits and applications. When appropriate, make joint calls with sales personnel to customer's facilities to address technical inquiries and seminars.

2. Investigate product performance issues at field installations and with returned materials.

3. Conduct training sessions with new Victaulic employees to educate them on the features and benefits of our products and services.

4. Serve as an internal resource on product issues, representing the customer’s needs.

5. Continually update personal knowledge of Victaulic products, competitive products, and piping markets.

6. When requested, provide assistance in local product regulatory matters

7. Improve your job processes by incorporating the Quality Improvement Process into every day activities. Participation in Quality Work Groups and Corrective Action Teams for identifying problems and developing effective solutions is encouraged.

8. Perform additional related projects as assigned by the Manager of Engineering Services.

9. Specific policies and procedures have been established by the Engineering Department to provide for the security and accessibility of electronic data and confidential information. It is the responsibility of the employee, in the daily course of doing business, to follow said policies as they relate to document management (see EOG-26). The extent to which departmental research and development information is stored electronically has vastly increased, and will continue to do so. The new Federal rules pertaining to electronic discovery stipulate that substantive email communications constituted "records" under the Federal Records Act. It is therefore the responsibility of each departmental employee to understand their role in communicating via e-mails and that all e-mails must be written/responded to in a professional manner, as outlined in EOG-26.

1. Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

2. Excellent communication skills and professional appearance.

3. Organizational skills and ability to set priorities.

4. Willingness to travel.
