职位描述：
Overall Responsibility
主要责任

1 . Annual & monthly budget forecast related to HR Training function.
    人事相关的年度及月度财务预算编写，负责培训部分。
2. Implement the training according to the training plan, including supplier selection, training content preparation and training schedule arrangement.
根据培训计划实施公司培训，包括培训供应商筛选，培训内容制定以及培训日程安排。
3.. Identify training needs.
    培训需求调查。
4 . Annual training planning and target setting; training record collecting and related report making.
    年度培训计划及指标制定，培训记录收集及相关报表制作。
5 . Follow up and coordinate all kinds of training, such as job transfer training, on-the-job training, quality system training etc.
    培训协调跟踪：包括转岗培训、岗中培训、质量培训、岗位相关外部培训。
6. Training evaluation assessment collection and analyze.
培训效果评估收集及分析。
7. Act as an internal trainer to give the integration training, primary English training, Pillar 5 and etc.
作为内部培训师，对员工进行入职培训，初级英语培训，Pillar5 培训及其他培训。
8. Other tasks assigned by manager.
   领导交办的其他工作。

Qualification Requirement
资格要求
 
1. Education Background 教育背景
   Bachelor or above
   大学本科及以上学历

2. Working Experience 工作经验
   More than 4 years experience related to HR job
   4年以上人事及行政相关工作经验

3. Special Knowledge&Skills 特殊知识和技能
   Excellent computer skills, including Word, Excel and PPT in a Microsoft Windows environment
   优秀的计算机技能，熟练使用Windows操作系统中的Word, Excel和PPT

4. Excellent interpersonal skills, interested in social communication
   优秀的人际关系, 善于与外界联系

5. Skills in database management and record keeping.
   具备数据管理和记录保存的技能

6. Foreign Language ability ：外语能力
   Good command of English, spoken and written
   优秀的英语口语及书写能力

7. Others: 其他
   
   Must be able to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
   具备短时间内发现并解决问题的能力
   Must be able to gather and analyze information skillfully.
