职位描述
Key objectives
1. Enhance trigger effectiveness and ensure fraud detection rate>=70%, field investigation rate>=40%
2. Ensure key risk indicators below budgeted level (incl. coverage, FPD30, 30+@MOB, LTS)
3. Set up 10+ new predictors and evaluate & fine tune existing triggers on quarterly basis
4. Conduct Fraud Type Investigation twice a year to identify fraud pattern and structure in China and identify loopholes of current processes
5. Set up process of fraud leads management and make sure all fraud leads could be traced in anti-fraud database for analysis
6. Provide analysis result and technical support for Investigation team and Acquisition team in any aspect
7. Team projects/tasks could be finished on schedule and not trade off performance for quality
8. Identify at least 1 successor and involve him/her in key anti-fraud business
9. Develop and maintain fraud warning system and processes relevant to complete loan life cycle (from underwriting to late collection)
10. Monitor execution of existing processes, identify loopholes and improve them by taking proper measures
11. Identify the weakness of credit cycles and design process for fraud prevention and regular reports for fraud monitoring
12. Manage team focusing on prevention, detection and fight with all forms of fraud: individual fraud (internal/external), organized fraud by data analysis
13. Develop infrastructure of anti-fraud database as well as its connection with other departments' database and all kinds of applications for fraud monitoring
14. Cooperate with Investigation team and Acquisition team to achieve anti-fraud team's targets
15. Cooperate with other teams/departments in order to maximize efficiency of fraud prevention, detection and monitoring
16. Manage team performance and develop talents
Duties and responsibilities
1. Develop and maintain fraud warning system and processes relevant to complete loan life cycle (from underwriting to late collection)
2. Monitor execution of existing processes, identify loopholes and improve them by taking proper measures
3. Identify the weakness of credit cycles and design process for fraud prevention and regular reports for fraud monitoring
4. Manage team focusing on prevention, detection and fight with all forms of fraud: individual fraud (internal/external), organized fraud by data analysis
5. Develop infrastructure of anti-fraud database as well as its connection with other departments' database and all kinds of applications for fraud monitoring
6. Develop, review and update anti-fraud processes, policy and procedure manuals. E.g. Trigger case monitoring process, Price cheating monitoring process, Suspicious ID fraud case management process, etc.
7. Providing data extraction and analysis to support special case decision from team members.

9. Implementation of Disciplinary Meeting management process.
10. Monitor the risk of different subjects to find the serious suspicious case timely, and take quick and right follow up actions.
11. Quality control, design/prepare monitoring reports to control the quality of cases followed up.
12. Train company business and anti-fraud business process to new comers, train follow up actions to team members.
Regular Activities
1. Review the fraud monitoring reports, and follow up the detected risk/fraud issues.
2. Check suspicious case by data analysis, comparing photos, calling with different subjects and evaluating previous risk performance to take different follow up actions, including subjects’ block, field investigation case set up and case cancelled.
3. Read field investigation report from security investigator and communicate with security investigator to ensure the quality of investigation.
4. Communication with security department for the delayed cases and solve the problem during the period.
5. Summarize the situation of trigger case at regular intervals and indicate the findings and give out the proposals.
6. 1. Define strategic direction of team and set effective tactical plans to achieve it
7. 2. Monitor team's and individual's performance on daily basis, provide necessary resources and ensure plan be carried out as expected
8. 3. Monitor trigger performance on daily basis and performance, identify weakness and propose improvement
9. 4. Monitor processes execution on monthly basis, identify loopholes and propose improvement
10. 5. Manage access rights of different users in anti-fraud database
11. 6. Monitor data ETL performance in anti-fraud database and ETL performance of data input/output for fraud monitoring or fraud prevention process in other databases
12. 7. Create manual/description for fraud prevention processes
13. 8. Conduct regular meeting with Investigation team and Acquisition team to discuss anti-fraud business
9. Conduct individual performance review with team members on regular basis

a. Education/Experience
1. Minimum three-year experience in financial institution or bank (minimum two-year experience in anti-fraud field)
2. Bachelor degree, preferably with major in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science and Law.
3. Experience with fraud prevention/monitoring in retail banking is big advantage
4. Knowledge of underwriting and collection processes in international financial groups is big advantage
5. Minimum one-year team management experience, experience with remote management is big advantage
6. More than 5 years work experience and 3 years in financial industry or investigation orientation, experience of management as an advantage.
b. Required skill
1. Skillful at SQL, Oracle, VBA or other programming languages and MS offices (especially EXCEL, WORD, POWERPOINT, OUTLOOK)
2. Good analytical skills (SQL, ORACLE…), excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
3. Excellent analytical thinking and project management.
4. Capability of data analysis and interpreting charts and figures
5. Knowledge of data management
6. Excellent communication and presentation skills
7. Willingness to work in international team
8. Capability of dealing with stress; flexible and result-oriented
9. Good oral and written English
