职责描述：
1、根据公司发展战略，分析相关行业现状和发展趋势，寻找和挖掘符合要求的投资项目；

2、负责项目的尽职调查，估值，投资方案的策划和相关的商务谈判；
3、对投资项目进行资料收集、市场分析、投资测算分析，并撰写可行性分析报告或投资建议书；
4、负责投后管理工作，参与退出方案设定与执行，关注项目运营风险并提出相应解决方案。

任职要求：
1、金融、经济、法律等相关专业本科或以上学历；具备财务或法律相关资证者优先；

2、3年以上投资经验；具备大消费领域投资经验者优先；

3、参与过完整投资流程，至少具备1个成功项目案例；

4、踏实肯干，执行力强，具有良好的沟通和谈判能力。
