Duties and responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the proper daily operations of Windows Server 2008 and later versions including installation, configuration, patching and troubleshooting;
2. Responsible for implementing and troubleshooting Active Directory and related services (DNS, DHCP, IIS, WSUS, WDS);
3. Responsible for implementing and troubleshooting Windows-based File and Print server;
4. Responsible for server schedule backup job monitor or restore once needed;
5. Responsible for Windows-based application deployment;
6. Advanced troubleshooting support and complex issue resolution of the entire Windows Infrastructure, must be able to work flexible hours and overtime as required;
7. Ensure technical systems and solutions are operating efficiently, according to best practices, and maintain disaster recovery readiness at all times;
8. Monitor system events to ensure health, maximum system availability and service quality;
9. Analyze performance, predict needs and growth, plan and recommend preventative measures;
10. Build related scripts to finish the daily job automatically and massively;
11. Maintain documentation regarding configurations, operations and troubleshooting procedures related to the Windows platform;
12. Support management and license administrator for Windows environment license management;
13. Participate to the definition of standards, guidelines, best practices and metrics as directed;
14. Assist in evaluating new requirements, technical design and standards as project or operation required;
15. Carry out all other related tasks.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above (preferably in Computer Science);
2. 5 years administrative experience in Windows infrastructure in an enterprise environment;
3. MCSE/VCP is preferred;
4. Skilled with Windows Server 2008 and later versions administration;
5. Skilled with Active Directory and related services (DNS, DHCP, IIS, WSUS, WDS);
6. Skilled with Windows-based File and Print server management;
7. Skilled with Windows patch management;
8. Skilled with enterprise backup system management (e.g. HP Data Protector);
9. Skilled with Nagios/Zabbix for Windows surveillance;
10. Skilled with VMware Management;
11. Skilled with HP hardware (Blade/Rack server) management;
12. Skilled with public/ private cloud technologies (e.g. Azure, AWS) ;
13. Skilled with PowerShell scripting/automation experience;
14. Knowledge in MS Office365 platform;
15. Knowledge in Network LAN/WAN/DMZ technology;
16. Skill in developing techniques and methodologies to resolve unprecedented problems or situations;
17. Ability to multi-task and prioritize;
18. Be a team player;
19. Good in written English;
20. Oral English is preferred.
