职位描述

Duties and responsibilities:
1. Interface with Group internal stakeholders to deliver technical initiatives, services and solutions. Ensure professional governance and risk mitigation, while meeting mutual business interests;
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to obtain Voice of the Customer data to capture business requirements;
3. Build and deliver best in class employee experiences in the workplace that in turn promote efficiency, productivity, and peak performance;
4. Continuously evaluate and identify innovative ways to streamline and enhance service delivery to maximize the employee experience;
5. Regularly assess space readiness, ensuring workspaces, conference rooms, and offices are occupant ready;
6. Design and implement guidelines to improve space utilization; Change management;
7. Provide analysis and benchmark data to Management decision; Locate appropriate office space and continued management of existing leases;
8. Develop project plan, set up project team and steering group communications;Partner with BU, IT and Security to ensure project delivery within budget in timely basis;
9. Develops and implements facilities policies and procedures;Maintain good relationship with local governor;Leverage relationship with landlord;
10. Support, implement and maintain health and safety procedures, ensuring their understanding and implementation by local team;
11. Manage security standards to ensure protection of personnel, facilities and equipment, from fire, theft, sabotage, etc;
12. Ability to solve advanced problems and deal with a variety of options in complex situations. Requires expert level analytical and quantitative skills with proven experience in developing strategic solutions. Draws upon the analysis of others and makes recommendations that have a direct impact on the company. Decisions made with in-depth understanding and interpretation of procedures, company policies and business practices to achieve complex results;
13. Develop intake, logging and processing system for facilities service requests, and ensure that the team follows procedures for each service request, including logging, processing and progress chasing enquiries, and adhering quality standards to maximize employee satisfaction;
14. Manage day-to-day operations, and oversee the management of core locations plus all other branch locations through team responsible persons;
15. Manage contracted service provider to ensure that they are delivered in compliance with regulatory requirements, HSES standards and contractual terms & conditions, leveraging HSES team to support. Support HSES's development of an HSES management system for office locations, and execute tasks;
16. Proactively identify needed repairs, maintenance, or updates required in the workplace;
17. Monitor all maintenance and service contracts; liaise with contractors and local team members to constantly ensure high level of service, including negotiation of any new agreements in conjunction with corporate purchasing;
18. Develop and implement annual budget, opex and capex; Analyze business/financial data and develop innovative solutions; Initiate cost saving programs;
19. Identify high profile team members, set career development plan and training plan.

Requirements:
1. 10+ years previous experience, preferably in a multi-site or corporate HQ environment, including adherence to processes, effective management of Facilities Management service providers, and total Integrated Facilities Management concepts;
2. Effective budgetary and financial skills;
3. Compliance with regulatory requirements, HSES, Group governance and local requirements;
4. Delivery of Facilities Management services and programs across a variety of assets;
5. Manage delivery of services by outsourced suppliers, involvement in supplier selection, change and integration processes;
6. Effective engagement with key stakeholders to define business requirements and execute plans to deliver change and benefits;
7. Team management skill, remote management experience is preferred.
