Duties and Responsibilities:

1.Leverage agile expertise to develop and implement agile practices across the organizationp;

2.Take accountability for defining, planning, orchestrating, and delivering transformational initiatives often involving multiple internal and external constituents and matrix partners ;

3.Design and deliver stakeholder communications ;

4.Create and maintain the overall transformation roadmap ;

5.Initiate work on important projects and work streams supporting the overall transformation;

6.Coach functional teams on new ways of doing business and influence them for a sustainable shift in behaviors and mindsets ;

7.Serve as a subject matter expert in routinely briefing key stakeholders; represent the project in various project governance and inter-department forums and publishes periodic project status reports ;

8.Applies broad knowledge of product/service capabilities and environment to identify new growth areas, new technology and emerging product/service opportunities. Conducts technological research by studying organization goals, strategies, practices, and user projects. Recommends information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes; identifying problems; evaluating trends; anticipating requirements;

9.Provides execution and delivery leadership to the product teams to deliver high-quality products in committed timeframes .

Requirements:

1.10+ years of accelerated professional growth in leading companies, with a track record of increasing levels of responsibility and accomplishments ;

2.Extensive experience in leading and implementing large scale Enterprise-agile transformation ;

3.Strong acumen of Financial Services industry ;

4.Reputation as a thought leader able to advocate a point of view, consider alternatives, and move the group to a decisive conclusion ;

5.Experience establishing, leading and successfully completing transformative efforts that lead to measurable results;

6.Track record of being given responsibility for driving organizational change and guiding cross functional teams ;

7.Ability to manage multiple initiatives at once in a fast paced entrepreneurial environment. Calm under pressure and comfort with problem solving ambiguity;

8.Demonstrated ability to build momentum for change and carrying the team across the finish line in making it happen.
