职责描述：
Process and Centralization (40%)
1.Oversee HCC China GS portfolio of initiatives; to ensure it meets its targets and supports the delivery of organizational and strategic goals；
2.Collaborate with a growing team of site managers consolidating, tracking project status, P&L, process, KPI, site progress, training, career development plan and etc；
3.Manage the administration for report submissions；
4.Proactively engage within GS to identify opportunities for business improvement and optimization；
5.Ensure a clear and consistent approach is in place to manage risk with alignment to the Finance, Security, HSE & Business risk registers；
6.Work closely with site managers, facility engineers and admin team to devise, develop and deliver appropriate and proportionate process to standardize and evaluate key activities at a project level；
7.Provide advice and support to site manager on how project evidence and information is to be presented and reported；
8.Ensure that recorded information meets internal and external audit standards.

Project Delivery Approach (40%)
1.Scope and shape the requirements of the Project Delivery Approach across all team；
2.Devise, produce and implement new systems and processes to optimize more effective project management as required and within the framework of the China’s Project Delivery Approach；
3.Produce agreed levels of Portfolio reporting on all projects being delivered or within the oversight of GS；
4.Own HCC GS China central repository of documentation and processes, ensuring it is accessible by team members；
5.Facilitate sharing of best practices through informal communities of action, collaboration and/or formal training sessions to enable a consistent approach across all team；
6.Encourage knowledge transfer and lessons learnt activities within GS to drive best practice.

Financials & Benefits Realization (20%)
1.Liaise closely with Finance and other Business Units to ensure accurate & robust budget monitoring against GS CAPEX and OPEX；
2.Track and monitor benefits and savings realization against planned targets；
3.Ensure post project reviews are in place and include lessons learnt exercises which identify both positive and negative outcomes to be actioned.

任职要求：
1.7+ years of experience in Project/Program management or management reporting；
2.Team management experience with the ability to manage and motivate virtual or cross-functional project team；
3.Fluency in Mandarin and English (both spoken and written)；
4.Ownership of management reporting with strong analyzing skill；
5.Experience in prioritization processes and working with a business to determine appropriate project prioritization；
6.Capability to track project benefits / savings realization and lessons learnt activities to feed into ongoing improvements；
7.Thought leader with a view to creating a viable centralization service.
