职位描述
工作职责:
? Ensures the key operational processes (Incident management, Change management, Request fulfillment, Problem management, Configuration Management) are leveraged, meeting the defined service levels, within Network team, in 24x7 environment
? Ensures the adherence to company and department policies
? Encourages and improves the within and across team communication and collaboration
? Develops team’s competence and skills to meet business requirement.
? Helps to instill proactive culture, continuous improvement, documentation and knowledge sharing within and across the teams
? Oversees all aspects of Network WAN/LAN operations
? Engages in projects, often work with a variety of teams, and support and cooperate with whole project team from conception to completion
? Works with lead engineers and architects to ensure services are built to be highly available, redundant and fault tolerant
? Lead crisis management efforts during planned and unplanned outages, driving rapid response and resolution to critical issues impacting the business
任职资格:
? 8+ years of experience in Network management
? 5+ years of experience in leading Network team
? Experience with staffing and team building
? Experience with project management
? Experience with ITIL methodologies and processes, specifically Request, Incident, Problem and Change management
? Knowledge of common IT infrastructure components and technologies – servers, storage, virtualization, cloud, network and similar
? In-depth knowledge of major router and switch platforms, ASA firewall, IP phones, CUCM, Cisco voice gateway and F5.
? Ability to motivate the teams to solve problems at their root, develop common continue improvement techniques
? Ability to maintain SLAs through the implementation of proactive issue detection and reporting
? Ability to ensure accurate and complete support procedures, system documentation, and issue tracking entries
? Ability to assess the risks and benefits of proposed solutions, challenge and coach the technical teams to think in broader perspectives
? Proficient in English language, both written and spoken
? Bachelor degree or higher in IT, Electrical engineering or similar discipline
? CCNP, CCIE, PMP is preferable.
