FUNCTION

QA Asst. Manager is responsible for maintain, develop and strengthen the quality system in the factory, prepare the quality reports, analyze the quality trend and assist associated department to improve product quality through systematic approach. Handle the department administration.

PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES PERFORMED BY THE INCUMBENT

1. Maintain and optimize the quality system ensure its effectiveness and efficiency through initiating and coordinating periodic assessment, review.
2. Deploy Mars & WQMS & make sure fully implementation
3. Closely follow up non-conformance from regular audit and GMP inspection and ensure cause analysis and corrective actions are taken and closed in time.
4. Drive the GMP improvement in the factory continually.
5. Co-ordinate the external audits through the external and internal functions.
6. Organize GMP audit, annual internal audit.
7. Organize the quality system and GMP trainings to all levels of factory associates concerning. Build up quality/GMP culture through the operational associates.
8. Any other projects assigned by Quality System Manager.
9. Lead HACCP team to support food safety activities.

INCUMBENT REQUIREMENTS

1.This position requires a university graduate with over 3 years relevant experiences, with over 1 year at a supervisory level gained from sizable multinational companies, preferable in food industry, pharmaceutical industry, motor industry or electronic industry. Experience with food regulatory issues, GMP and HACCP is desirable but not required.

2.The incumbent must be systematic thinking, a self-starter, highly resourceful and self-motivated, with dynamic proactive work style and with an eye for details.

3.The incumbent is also required to possess good inter-personal and communication skill, as well as negotiation and problem solving skills, the ability to interact effectively with personnel at multiple levels throughout the organization.

4.The incumbent should also be proficiency in both spoken and written English.
