Job Duties
- Oversee all suppliers’ compliance status on corporate social responsibility (CSR) and quality management system (QMS).
- Follow up company’s vendor compliance management system based on law and clients’ requirement on CSR and QMS.
- Lead and train a team of auditor and train on CSR , QMS and antiterrorism process.
- Work with Clients for all compliance related issues.
- Oversee vendor compliance departments daily operations
- Ensure on-site/Audit
- Ensure all CAP are followed and managed on-time
- Analysis on any non-compliance issue for risk management
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in International Trade/Economics/Social Affairs/Foreign Policy/ Development/CSR/EHS
- At least 5 years of experience in Social, Environmental, Health & Safety Compliance
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong leadership, decision making and analytical skills with presentable and persuasive manner
- Result oriented with positive thinking
- Mature, self-motivated, detail-minded, responsible & able to work independently
- Good communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Willing to travel
- Office location: Shanghai
