职位描述：
A. Receptionist:
1. Receives visitors and directs them to the appropriate personnel
2. Operates a switchboard , answers incoming calls and takes messages
3. Support post/express service : Sorts and distributes incoming mail / Prepares outgoing mail and maintains postage records

B. Daily operations of the office:
1. Daily transportation arrangement for relevant staffs travel : arrange transportation for factory visit / business trip ;
2. Hotel and flights reservation , train and ferry ticket booking for staffs business trip
3. Office stationeries management
4. coordinates employee activities such as annual party and outing trips

C. Office Management:
1. Office consumable purchase :Interacts with office suppliers and vendors
2. Office cleaning : meeting room / Canteen / Coffee room/ warehouse keep clean
3. Coordinates the office environment and security
