职位描述：
Our Applications Engineering Team is responsible for working closely with the Product Development Teams, Product Validation Teams, Marketing Teams, and Sales Teams to provide world-class technical customer support. We provide technical support to assist in customer design wins, product ramp, and system production. Responsibilities:
? Support, manage, maintain collateral and hardware guides for processor based storage integrated circuits and reference designs
? Work closely with Tier 1 customers to define requirements, manage deliverables and support platforms from initial bring-up to full production
? Provide secondary support to Tier 2/3 customers
? Work independently, and in a cross-functional team environment
? Travel within Asia and to North America, as needed to work at customer sites to debug systems for the market leading PCIe switch product lines
? Understand storage architectures and HW/SW designs in order to characterize customer related problems, providing both timely technical support and engineering feedback
? Develop customer level documentation and training material

Qualifications:
? Bachelor degree in EE, CS, or CE
? Minimum 3-5 years of industry experience
? Strong technical leadership, teamwork, communication and presentation skills
? Ability to effectively work with cross-functional teams and across multiple geographical locations
? Thorough knowledge of circuit theory and high speed signal fundamentals
? Strong debugging skills and experience with bench top equipment such as protocol analyzers/exercisers, logic analyzers, and oscilloscopes.
? Experience with board-level debug & bring-up
? Familiarity with storage networking concepts and protocols (PCIe, SAS and SATA, SCSI, 10/100/1000 Ethernet, TCP/IP)

? Expertise in PCIe
? Strong system design skills
? Customer facing experience
? Experience working with Marketing and Sales teams
? Project management experience
? Experience with RISC based embedded processors (MIPS preferred)
? Knowledge of VHDL and FPGA design
? Hardware, board level, and chip level development/debug skills
