The position is in Apparel Sourcing Team with dedication for an oversea client with multi brands.

1. Sourcing and portfolio development

- Assist in evaluating appropriate factories and suppliers to ensure buyer’s pricing and quality constrains are met and business can be increased through enhanced capacity and ability to offer innovative services.

- Assist in conducting supplier take on meeting or trainings.

- Assist in relationship managements with buyers and suppliers.

- Assist in organization of vendor roadshow

2. Portfolio management

- Assist in briefing the suppliers with detailed information for quote inquiry. Review and consolidate the cost from different suppliers and present to the buyers with suggestions.

- Develop and manage the relations with buyers and suppliers in order to generate sustainable business opportunities.

- Generate supplier’s portfolio, Keep track of supplier’s performance and assist rehabilitation when necessary.

- Proactively identify and resolve problems/issues and support Supply chain management

3. Production process management

- Monitor all issues when escalated from the suppliers, including quality assurance issues, styling change, cancellation, pending approvals, logistic issues and etc.

- Monitoring the production process including order placement, approvals of fabric and trims submissions and etc. Production on-line status and schedule review to ensure the on time delivery

- Responsible of sample checking, courier sending and collecting supplier’s database or any information required by the sourcers

- Follow up with the supplier on all samples/QA comment and translation

- Follow up C/P with the supplier on week to week basis

- Maintain team C/P and order placements.

4. Qualification/skills

- High team spirit, open minded and work under pressure

- Strong intrapersonal communication skills.

- Able to travel if necessary
