职位描述：

Principal Accountabilities

· Technically evaluate the suppliers of elastomer raw materials

· Assure the technical watch of the markets/suppliers.

· Realize the risk analyses for the determination of the elastomer raw material approval.

· Participate in the raw material expertises of elastomer.

· Management of the supplier relationship on the quality and technical aspects

· Evaluation of the technical sustainability of the suppliers.

· Carry out the technical visits/audits of the suppliers sites.

· Define / update / negotiate the specifications of the raw materials with the designers and the suppliers.

· Suppliers’ performance reviews

· Assure the comprehension and the implementation of the action plans to help suppliers grow

Key Qualities Required

· Fundemental knowledge in materials science

· Good understanding of chemical industry

· Basic economic, legals, intellectual property knowledge

· English fluent, fluent French is a plus

· Strong skills in negociation

· Good communication with cross culture context

· Strong project management skills

· Strong leadership

· Minimumn Master degree in chemical industry

· Major in polymer is a plus

· Minimumn 3- year working experience in elastomer production or research or business development

· Good working experience in or with European-owned company
