Responsibilities:
1. Store expense:
a. Store reimbursement check and book in SAP as per company policy & fiscal regulation
b. Control and clear the outstanding items for store expense.
2. Corporate T&E:
a. Staff reimbursement bookkeeping & check as per company policy & fiscal regulation
b. Follow up the staff cash advance status.
c. Accomplish monthly closing expense analysis report such as Travel expense report etc.
3. Assist with purchase order payment:
a. Goods invoice filing
b. Follow up return goods, assist to look for invoice and communicate with supplier on return goods status
c. Prepare return agreement and update return goods status
4. Assist with follow-up rental VAT invoice
5. Others:
a. Filing of accounting vouchers for AP related part if necessary.
b. Other works assigned by line manager.
Qualification:
1. Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance
2. 1+ years accounting/finance experience, preference for experience at retail company
3. Accountable and responsible, good communication and team spirit, can work under pressure
4. Good command of English, both in oral & written
5. Sufficient experience of SAP.
