Key Objectives
Client Care is a global strategic business development program. The program focuses on developing and deepening client relationships; understanding and anticipating each client’s unique needs; deploying the entire CBRE enterprise to deliver measurable outcomes for our clients.
The following are the priorities associated with the Client Care leadership role in China:
? Champion and communicate the Client Care programme throughout the China business based on proper client selection methodology for investor, developer and non-contracted occupier clients
? Implement the programme based upon global/regional strategic objectives and tools / standards
? Build a Client Feedback culture with Net Promoter Score (‘NPS’) as a minimum standard
? Enhance performance reporting based on predefined Client Care Metrics
? Identify and ensure relationships with client care clients are well-managed across function and geography
? Lead the required change management and training for establishing client account-oriented teams
? Build and manage strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Skills, competencies
Business
? Proven management experience in professional services, preferably commercial property
? Proven ability to influence and build collaborative relationships with senior level stakeholders
? Strong influencing skills and ability to challenge constructively
? Commercially astute with experience in business development, marketing and client management
? Good understanding of commercial real estate sector and large client relationships a distinct advantage
Personal
? Outstanding organisational and management skills, excellent planning abilities and exemplary attention to detail
? A strong team ethic
? Ability to resolve issues in conjunction with business leaders and clients
? The ability to plan, manage and prioritise multiple projects, conflicting deadlines and to deal effectively and positively with changing requirements
? Excellent influencing and negotiating skills to be able to challenge internal clients on best practice
? Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills
? Diplomacy, pragmatism and political sensitivity are required in order to manage expectations, and deal effectively with the challenges of supporting a matrix business with multiple stakeholders
? Proactive with a positive 'can do' approach.
? Self starter able to work effectively as part of a team.
? Able to act under pressure with grace and a sense of humor.
Qualifications and experience
? Business Degree and more than 10 years of working experience
? Work experience in a real estate investor or developer is highly desirable
? Work experience with account management and client relationship management is a pre
