Job Title: TPM Coordinator, China
Hiring No.: 1
WL: Weihai / Zhangjiagang / Wuxi / Malu
Dept.: Lean
Report to: Regional Lean Leader, China
Accountabilities/Responsibilities:
1. Work out China TPM Project Define Report (PDR) and obtain the commitment from the management team.
2. Organize all sites to work out their TPM projects schedule and follow up that schedule to enhance the implementation.
3. Develop TPM tools, organize TPM training, develop TPM resource to support AM, PM and Kaizen.
4. Review all level TPM projects and prepare TPM monthly report.
5. Set up TPM KPI and assist the team to focus on OEE improvement.
6. Communicate with other Regions and facilities for sharing "best practices" to drive KPI development consistency
7. Support the China main projects with the professional knowledge.
Qualification, Skills & Knowledge:
- Obtained the TPM training and the successful experience in TPM implementation.
- Self starter with ability to develop strategies in line with an overall business vision.
- Strong leadership skills with the proven ability to set a vision, management change, develop personnel and strategically plan for continuous improvement.
