+ Design company hand book, guidelines and related rules and disciplines
+ Develop C&B system
+ Take charge the recruitment activities
+ Develop training system to train all level of employees on generic soft skills, leadership skill for managers or the individuals for technical job-related skills
+ Handle employee relationship
+ Handle labor law issues
+ Create and develop company culture, improve teamwork spirit
+ Forecasts operating costs of department
+ Ensure the compliance with labor law and regulations
Responsibilities:
+ Bachelor degree in Human Recourse or other related field
+ More than 5 years working experience in HR field at manufacturing company, with the concept to protect the company interest
+ Experience in assembly workshop management
+ Be familiar with labor law practice
+ Be able to handle labor dispute in a mature and professional way
+ Excellent problem solving skills
+ Strong communication skills with internal and external contacts.
+ Ability to influence and resolve human resources issues
+ Ability to influence and motivate the employees
+ Must be fluent English skill in both writing and speaking
