职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、厂内作业员、职员之入职、离职、试用转正相关手续；
2、厂同仁劳动合同签订、变更、续订和终止等办理流程，及时发布人事通知及公告；
3、厂内人事档案的管理，维护与更新厂人事相关信息；
4、厂内员工健康证、员工证的管理作业；
5、管理厂人资系统薪资、考勤、福利、保险模块；
6、厂内月/年度绩效考核执行；
7、厂内晋升作业的执行；
8、辅导与检核厂教育训练执行状况；
9、办理厂内各項训练课程；
10、依据人力编制，做好增补审批及招募工作；
11、依据公司福利政策，进行厂内福利的推动与执行；
12、协助有助于组织氛围活化的活动在厂内的推动与执行。
任职要求：
1、人力资源管理、工商管理、企业管理、行政管理、心理学、劳动与社会保障、组织行为学专业；
2、熟悉劳动法规；
3、协调、沟通能力佳；

Tingzhi Foodstuff Co., Ltd was established in 1998 in Zhumadian city,Henan Province which is the home of sesame seeds in China. We have been committing ourselves to the development and research of the sesame products. Inspired by the growing market demand, the company invested 100 million RMB in enlarging the factory (covering the area of 154 mu) in 2002. We set up a new factory in Dongguan City, Guangdong province in 2007 (covering an area of 110 mu) for constant expanding market.
