职位描述：
Responsibilities
1.Carry out the day-to-day operations of supplier quality functions including development of inspection protocol’s and process documentation to ensure 3rd party support of factory product audits are consistent, effective and aligned with the QA engineering released product model.
2.Key interface to the third party partner conducting product audits in the factories. Liaison between the factory and the third party partner ensuring communication, scheduling, timely reporting, and issue resolution is in line with sound quality practices and consistent with corporate policy.
3.Implement with the supplier and third party partner the quality inspection plans, working the Quality Engineering team for clearly documented expectations and training the suppliers and third party auditors to meet expectations and conduct effective product audits. ? Coordinate the product test la submissions, with third party pulling and sealing samples as appropriate.
4.Support implementation at supplier factory on corrective actions identified to improve products and solve process concerns.
5.Ensure incoming process controls for key items, and chemical controls are in place, managed for routine review and traceability through the production process.
6.Conduct manufacturing process auditing, setup process control and safety plan.
7.Accompany customer quality auditing, update procedures/ instructions, propose improvement plans as appropriate.

Requirements
1.At least 5 years quality working experience. Children care product manufacturing experience is preferable.
2.Familiar with the related quality system.
3.Excellent communications skills in both English and Mandarin. 举报 分享
