We have launched a new Senior Management Trainee (SMT) Program and are looking for talents with enthusiasm, integrity and leadership. This program is highly demanding with 6 months in length, consisting of structured rotation, advanced training and abundant exposure. At the end of the program you will be placed to one business unit. Placement is based on a combination of your personal preferences and business needs.
What you can expect:
You will have the opportunity to explore multiple business areas through the rotations in front and support teams. Apart from such on-job training, you will be required to complete courses/programs that cover financial fundamentals, business knowledge, technical & soft skills and leadership, etc. Throughout the program, you will be involved in networking, SMT activities, and projects with coaching and mentorship from senior management.
Who we are looking for:
Graduates from the MBA program of the top university in China;
Or graduates from the global top 100 MBA program (according to FT Global MBA Ranking);
Or graduates from MBA program from the top 50 business schools in US (US News The Best Business Schools Ranking);
Or Master graduates with 3+ years working experience from the top 50 business schools in US (US News The Best Business Schools Ranking);
Self-driven, initiative and innovative graduates with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
