Employment contract: One year
Responsibilities:-
- To provide a quality services to Customers
- Responsible for liaison with customers and vendors, including quotation, sample submission, packaging requirement, shipment schedule and order follow up
- Handle independently on all requirements and follow up such as factory audit, lab testing or any special documentation, required by global customers
- Managing customer issues including coordination between Global Sales and Supply Chain organizations, factories and customer contacts
- To execute Vendor Management and Production Compliance
- To enforce Capacity Planning and Inventory Control
- To follow up on routing orders & order acceptance and feedback to customers and overseas offices
Requirements:-
- Degree holder / Higher Diploma in Supply Chain Management or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Supply Chain Operations, Merchandising, Logistics, Procurement
- Experience in customer servicing for China Domestic / Asian customers; China domestic trade documentation / logistic planning will be an advantage
- Fluency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Responsive / Detail working attitude to customer requests
- Team player, able to coordinate with other functional teams effectively
- Good command in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Travel is required
