职位描述

POSITION SUMMARY:
Primary responsibility is managing the Process Engineering Organization (stamping, molding, assembly, quality and metrology) in Nantong site.
Person is to manage resource development and allocation for process engineering activities in Nantong;
Person is to ensure proper execution and facilitation of process engineering activities for new product development, product extension and cost reduction projects.
Person is to support manufacturing technically as needed in accordance with the methods, procedures and structure of Process Engineering.
Person is to provide training to manufacturing and vendors in order to level and grow technical capability.
EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:
·Minimum of 10 years engineering experience in connector development, manufacturing or equivalent
·Minimum of 3 years engineering management experience in the electronics industry or equivalent
SKILLS REQUIRED:
·Demonstrated command of English includes listening, oral and writing.
·Demonstrated communication skills and leadership across organizations.
·Ability to read, write, analyze, and present technical documents and procedures.
·Ability to present information and respond to questions from managers, vendors, engineers and manufacturing site representatives via business correspondence, formal papers, reports and/or procedural manuals.
·Ability to provide updates on project status in a way that issues or problems can be easily reviewed, discussed, and resolved based on the requirements of management.
·Software Skills:

Project Management software (Microsoft Project)
Spreadsheet software (Microsoft Excel)
Word Processing software (Microsoft Word)
Presentation software (Microsoft PowerPoint)
Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (preferable)
