The candidate will work as supporting leader to delivery high quality services to end-users and stakeholders. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams in disparate locations and ensure the quality of services.

Responsibilities & Duties
? Manage the relationship with business and facilitate stakeholders’ communication;
? Responsible for business requirements collection, analyze, and solution design
? Identify tasks and responsibilities for assigned team members
? Ensure and track quality and progress of deliverables
? Monitor the performance and compliance of the delivery team
? Join in the global meetings for the crisis issues

Skills, Experience, and Educational Background
? Bachelor degree in computer science or above
? 6+ years of experience in a supporting leader role, experience in leading a small teams with coaching and mentoring manner
? Fluent English communication capability and experience in working within a globalized environment
? Good documentation and presentation skills
? Familiar with Tivoli Directory Integrator, Oracle Directory Server, or similar products
? Good knowledge in web application development and related interfaces.
? Solid understanding of major Database Management system and related development including ORACLE DB Server and PL/SQL language
? Knowledge & understanding in ITIL and ideally with ITIL certificate
? Good at self-management, quick study, problem solving and team work 举报 分享
