职位描述：

Responsibilities:
1. Co-design product formula following global product & material menu card requirement
2. Conduct trial in lab & pilot plant, support formula & process validation in plant scale follow IIM process
3. Support brand maintenance via monitoring product quality using appropriate statistic, analytical & consumer science method.
4. Well manage product related specification in Meridian system as project timeline requested.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree, Food Science, Chemical Engineering is preferred.
2. 1-2 years+ processing/engineering/R&D work experience in food industry, be curious for baking technology.
3. Experience in bakery Production Company or bakery raw material Company will be an advantage.
4. Strong technical skills and technical curiosity.
5. Good understanding of formulation design and cost evaluation.
6. Strong English language skills (verbal & written).
7. Good team player and communication skills.

职责：
1 根据需求设计产品配方和改进工艺流程；
2 在实验室和实验工厂进行相关的新产品实验确保生产的可实施性；
3 使用相关的消费者科学研究方法对产品进行定性和定量分析；
4 参与到新产品研发项目中提供技术方面的支持。

要求：
5 本科及以上学历，食品科学和化学工程类专业优先考虑；
6 2年以上食品行业流程改进/工程/研发经验，有烘焙方面研发经验者优先；
7 优秀的科研能力；
8 对配方设计和成本评估有一定理解；
9 良好的英语口语和书写能力；
10 良好的团队合作能力和沟通能力。
