Job Summary
? To establish sales plan and manage client relationship.
? To lead all sale pitching in China, and support APAC and Global pitching
? To lead the committee in the preparation of long range business development strategic.
? To lead the committee members in the development and execution of sales promotion programs.
? To maintain collaboration relation on behalf of company with client collaborators.
? To be cognizant for the business extension by proactively discuss with site manager.
? To pursue an understanding of how to effectively utilize all system-generated reporting capabilities.
? To ensure all working papers are in a suitable format and presented in the appropriate time frame.
? Provision of high quality reputation to clients with company’s business objectives, policies, procedures and ethics.
? To (Assist to) undertake benchmarking regarding to costs processes and practices…
? To carry out any other assignments as directed by National Director.
? To establish and maintain good relations and effective communications with the customers, and develop strong relationships with all key personnel in clients’ organization.
? To liaise with other service lines in Greater China and other offices to support our business effort.
? To establish and maintain good relations and effective communications with TSG.
? To provide training and guidance to BD committee.
Skills and Knowledge
? Good computer skill,
? Be good at presentation
? Be good at business negotiation
? Strong sales skill
? Clear operating logic
? Well understand FM or Hotel operation
Qualifications
? Bachelor Degree holder
? Major in Real Estate or Hotel Mgmt ( preferred )
Experiences
? At least 2-3 year experience in similar position
? Fresh graduate with both good English written and spoken skills would also be considered.
