Senior MV Engineer-Electrical APAC(中压报价高级工程师-电气集团亚太区)

Description:
本职位负责中压产品国内外项目的报价工作, 包括确认产品的配置以及列出产品结构BOM清单。

To define and prepare product configuration and list costing BOM for each quote projects of MV Assemblies for China market and oversea Asia Pacific projects.

A. 投标文件的审阅及技术澄清；

B. 根据客户的要求确认中压项目的结构并列出BOM清单

C. 协同COE和CSC报价团队高效地交付每一个报价项目；

D. 配合相关部门优化产品，降低成本；

E. 持续优化报价工具及工程清单以保证精确的成本和合理的利润

F. 支持COE团队解决所需的客户非标方案及工程设计；

G. 提供销售技术支持与培训以提高市场机会；

H. 跟踪投标结果，根据行业、区域及竞争者分析中标率及市场位置。

I. 主要负责亚太海外项目的技术沟通和配置产品成本清单

A. Review bidding documents and clarify technical issues by communicating with sales and customers

B. Define typical configurations and list costing BOM based on customer requirement

C. Consult with the Customer Order Engineering team and CSC Bid Coordination team to complete each bidding project effectively and efficiently

D. Drive cross-function team for cost reduction to increase product competence

E. Optimize the quotation tools and keep updating BOM structure along with VAVE activities to ensure accurate costing and proper margin

F. Support COE team on customer special requirements and engineering design if needed

G. Provide technical support and product training for sales or customers to enhance sales opportunity

H. Track quote results by segment, geography, and competitor to analyze win rates and market levels

I. Key role is responsible for technical communication and configuring costing BOM for APAC project

Requirements:
1. 本科或以上，电气工程专业

2. 3年以上输配电行业经验，熟悉中压成套产品和应用；

3. 熟悉中压开关设备需满足的GB/DL, IEC标准

4. 工作能积极, 主动；

5. 良好的沟通能力；要求英文流利。

1. Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering

2. 3+years’ experience in power system field, knowledge of MV assembly product and application

3. Be familiar with GB/DL, IEC standard of MV SWG

4. Proactive, initiative

5. Good communication skill, fluent in English is must
