Job Description :

1.Be responsible for the arrangement of Machining line's each basic daily productive work, be responsible with other related departments to communicate, produces the question coordinated, guaranteed that each production task completes smoothly on time

2.Drive development and use of standardized tools and processes

3.Be responsible to assist operation manager to formulate department's job objective, procedure, and standard, execute company and group's each policy, law, regulation and the system. Be responsible to supervise department production personnel's working conditions, make sure that the equipment is at the good state, guaranteed that the production carries on smoothly.

4.Establishes daily production requirement from production plans.

5.Ensures on time availability of material for daily production build

6.Responsible for manpower planning and daily supervision of team

7.Ensures quality of final product prior to delivery

8.Ensures on time delivery of final product

9.Improve quality awareness of line operator and carries out correction actions as necessary

10. Monitors and records production performance



Requirement:

1.College degree,mechanical background

2.At least 3 years managerial working experience in production line

3.Experirnce in machining,fabricating and welding

4.Familiar with quality ciontrol system related knowledge
