Business Environment and Job Description
- Execute order fulfillment tasks and interlock with cross functional teams - order management , factory and hubs, logistics on shipment priority to meet customer requirement/demand.
- Backlog governance and manage escalation process - manage daily backlog, expedite and execute every orders within TAT to maximize shipment/revenue. Ensure that customer delivery schedule is achieved and production capacity is fully loaded.
- Proactive communicate backlog/order status to order management and demand planners with daily update in shared point.
- Provide backlog analysis to support SC revenue projection and maximization.
- Drive supplies availability - interlock with buyer and demand planners - to maximize revenue and minimize inventory risk and material exposure during product life cycle planning transition (i.e NPI/EOL).
- Support NPI activities and ensure timely product set up in SAP with high level accuracy.
- Manage CFS goods return process with cross functional teams.
- Launch of PO to ODM suppliers and follow up on inbound shipments with outsource supplier.
- Reviews weekly/monhtly key performance indicator - supplier response time, order to ship and order to deliver, analyze and provide root cause for deviation and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports for demand planner and management.
Qualifications
Education and Experience Required
- First level university degree or equivalent experience.
- Typically 1+ years of experience in a supply chain function.
Knowledge and Skills Required
- Demonstrated understanding of supply chain processes (plan, source, make deliver).
- Strong analytical and data modelling skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and local language.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Developed Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and other analytical aids to help manage the operation.
- Demonstrated business acumen and technical knowledge within area of responsibility.
- Strong understanding of Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and ATP.
- Developed understanding of import/export regulatory requirements and compliance.
- Moderate level of knowledge of inventory analysis.
- Demonstrated leadership skills.
