Kunshan, Jiangsu, China
Reporting to:
Manufacturing Manager
Travelling:
Rare
Recruitment process:
+ Telephone interviews
+ Face-to-face interviews
Responsibilities:
+ Check and audit the drawings to avoid problems
+ Check and audit welding supplier in coordination with sourcing engineers
+ Able to solve actual problems where found on site
+ Able to analyze and solve welding quality issues
+ Able to design applicable welding fixtures to assure good welding quality
+ Monitor welder's operations to make sure strictly in accordance with WPS + standard and keep welding record in time
+ Filling in the necessary monthly sheets and reporting to the direct superior
+ Preparing and updating the work instructions
+ Improving the welding processes for better quality and higher output if needed
+ Any other tasks that are given by his/her direct superior
Requirements:
+ Bachelor degree or above in welding, Mechanical Engineering, Material or related majors
+ 3 years similar experience in similar position
+ Good experience of MAG and can use these different welding methods for different material , family with FANUC robot system is better
+ Able to use PC software, like Office, AutoCAD is essential
+ Experience of laser welding is better
+ Good written English
