Administrative support functions:
Coordinate all internal and external communications and event planning
Serve as the information and communication manager of GZ office
Implements policies and procedures in GZ office
Manage office supplies and maintenance
Annual Renewal of Business License/ Tax / Working Permit / Visa
Company cars and driver management
Local staff travel arrangement

Accounting support function:
Financial record keeper
Record all transactions
Verify and balance receipts,
Employee expense report collecting and verification
Manage petty cash monthly report
Manage vendor payment

Job Requirement:
Bachelor degree or above
With more than 7 years working experience in administration and finance management
With strong interpersonal skills in Chinese & English
Ability to work independently and under pressure
Well organized, highly self-motivated & detail oriented
