职位描述：
Responsibilities:

1.Strategy interpretation & implementation
-Represent our Group’s mission and vision to all suppliers and business partners
-Support customer in executing their product vision and strategy
-Coordinate with CR Department to make sure all Suppliers and their sub-suppliers are fully informed of all regulations applicable to Group business, including BSCI and REACh, and that these regulations are taken seriously

2.Product Development, Production, Shipping
-Consistently review merchandisers’ cooperation and follow-through in informing suppliers on applicable rules and regulations
-Expertly negotiate the best quality at the most competitive price in coordination with and support of customer
-Proactively support and guide merchandising team members to avoid quality problems or delays, and reach an on-time delivery
-Support and facilitate understanding between all relevant parties regarding market situation, workmanship capabilities, etc
-Assure proper cross-communication and coordination with IIC and other customers, suppliers and relevant external parties, as well internal departments including Sourcing, Quality, Order Processing team, to on all product, production and shipping related issues.
Anticipate and prepare for potential problems/challenges, maintaining a proactive solution-finding process

3.Team Management
Guide, manage, educate, and support the merchandising team
-Continuously check team working procedures and implement improvements
-Prepare annual fiscal year budget, monitor and control spending, and report team expenses and fiscal status to Director ？
Train merchandising team to the correct standard, and consistently review team performance in order to suggest and implement improvements


Requirement:

-Bachelor or above degree, major in garment or textile is preferable
-3 years or above working experience as Merchandising Manager in garment industry
-Good garment knowledge, including the knowledge of functional fabrics, accessories & testing
-Good sense of market needs and trend, familiar with European market
-Excellent communication , negotiation and leadership skills
