Position: Process Engineer Cabling / Rewinding / Final Testing -World Famous Manufacturing Company

Main purpose of this job:
#Be in charge of Process Engineering Cabling / Rewinding / Final Testing LF Cable responsibility in accordance with the current status of the QMS in the Intranet for the process Cabling / Rewinding / Final Testing LF Cable;
#Establish and update process, tooling, safety instruction and related documentation for new and existing LF Cable products in line with process / product definition LF Cable Switzerland and is responsible for the directing, implementation and evaluation of operational tests and provide proof of process capability;
#Responsible for the training of production staffs (Production Supervisor, Production Team Leaders, and Operators Cabling / Rewinding / Final Testing);
#Investigation and processing of Continuous Improvement Process (CIP) and divergences (CATS) regarding production technology;
#In line with TQM, every employee is fully responsible for his or her own work. For the purpose of continuous improvement, we regularly check our processes and initiate measures to eliminate any weaknesses;

Responsibilities:
#Be in charge of Process Engineering Cabling / Rewinding / Final Testing LF Cable responsibility in accordance with the current status of the QMS in the Intranet for the process Extrusion LF Cable;
#Realize LF cable product transfers in terms of quality, capacity, technical documents, tooling and equipment etc;
#Is responsible for the directing, implementation and evaluation of operational tests and provide proof of process capability;
#Work with SAP key-in people to create item data, BOM and routing etc for new LF cables;
#Perform time study of productivity of extrusion and adjust cycle time in SAP.
#Prepare operating instructions and safety instructions for extrusion. Train operators to properly and safely use all equipment and tools in extrusion process;
#Establish and optimize work instructions Cabling / Rewinding / Final Testing process.
#Support production for technical and quality issues within the extrusion process;
#Implement engineering changes in Cabling / Rewinding / Final Testing process;
#Implement CIP (continuous improvement process) on optimization of process to improve production, efficiency and quality;
#Analyze and solve quality issue from production line on daily base. Initiate mistake-proofing if necessary;
#Provide required training to production staffs extrusion to upgrade LF cable product knowledge and skill;
#Implement Process FMEA as required;
#Implement RCCA (root cause corrective action) for quality issues for LF Cable;
#Provide necessary support for other groups;
#Is member of the project team of the subproject Cable Asia Cabling / Rewinding / Final Testing during the time of the installation of the relative lines.

Requirements:
#University degree majored in mechanical or electronics related;
#At least 3 years of experience in process engineer positions;
#Experience in developing process document like assembly instruction as process engineer and development tools like FMEA;
#Knowledge of the relevant inspection processes for materials and cables
#Basic knowledge of cable technology;
#Good understanding of all LF cable related quality issues as well as quality system ISO TS 16949 or ISO 9000;
#Familiar with ERP system;
#Good English both in oral, reading and writing is a must;
#Good computer skill for Microsoft Office;
#Able to work in a team with good communication skill, structured approach to work, open, creative;
#Knowledge of polymers, additives and filler materials and their processing;
#At least 2 years of experience in Cabling, Rewinding, and Inspection positions.
