Key Responsibilities
? Analyse and report on Key Account Sales performance, by Region, Country, Lab, Product Line and comment on account performance in relation to Budget / Forecast / Prior years
? Work closely with Key Account Management to support their processes in terms of client understanding and reporting
? Develop systems and process for deeper understanding of Strategic clients at operating unit and at business line level covering pricing movement, product mix changes and sourcing shifts
? Participate in the evolution of the Business Intelligence projects to improve on business analysis as a team with Pricing and BI partners
? Work with marketing to understand macro environment of consumer products market and sourcing trends, identifying trends that impacts our Strategic clients
Other Responsibilities and Tasks
? Deliver timely and accurate key account analysis and reports
? Drive monthly review process engaging with senior management and various stakeholders on Key Account performance
? Liaise with Finance team of respective regions to validate client revenue assumptions
? Play an active supporting role on pricing analysis for Pricing process
? Ad-hoc projects as requested by Greater China Finance Director
Competency Requirements:
? At least 3 to 5 years of experience in financial or business analyst position
? Relevant Business, Economics, Finance or Marketing degree
? Team player, culturally adaptable with high energy level and able to deliver under pressure
? Demonstrate leadership attributes, with strong analytical and strategic mindset
? Sound commercial finance skills and process focus
? Possess fluency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
