职位描述：
1.Consistently engage with existing and new customers for presales opportunities.
2.Lead the planning and execution of project.
3.Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables.
4.Define project tasks and resource requirements.
5.Develop full scale project plans.
6.Manage project budget.
7.Manage project resource allocation.
8.Plan and schedule project timelines.
9.Track project deliverables using appropriate tools.
10.Provide direction and support to project team.
11.Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all plant Manager.
12.Present reports defining project progress, Problems and solutions.
13.Implement and Manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.
14.Project evaluations and assessment of results.
15.Establish and nurture productive working relationships with appropriate customer business units and external parties, to develop business success.
16.Coach junior staff and provide input/assistance based on related experience and expertise.
17.Support team objectives and activities as well as personal job-related skill development and career-growth. 举报 分享
