职位描述：
Financial controller

Company
We are a trading company of soft goods commodities, with exports from China to the rest of the world. The company majority shareholder is a French listed company.

The position is open in Shanghai office, permanent basis.
You are the head of the accounting department, composed of 1 accountant in Shanghai and 2 accountants in Taipei.
The financial controller reports directly to the General Manager and liaise with the French headquarter for monthly / quarterly / yearly financial reporting.

Responsibility

The financial controller will:
? Oversee all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, and cost accounting;
? Prepare the consolidation of the group entities;
? Twice yearly, lead the review and yearly audit;
? Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and report variances;
? Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements as well as ad hoc reporting on the request of the General Manager;
? Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting as well as tax compliance for Taiwan, Hong Kong and Shanghai subsidiaries;
? Prepare all internal procedures for general and accounting staff on financial matters;
? Oversight and management of the accounting software together with the IT manager.

Requirement
? Proven working experience as a Financial controller
? 3+ years of overall combined accounting and finance experience
? English a must, Chinese a plus
? Excellent skills in Excel and an interest in IT solutions (ERPs, reporting software …)
