? Understand and process requests accurately and in a timely manner (as per SOW or internal guidelines)
? Ensure compliance with product/service specifics, rules, procedures and regulations
? Respond to all questions and issues received, providing solutions wherever possible.
? Provide telephone support In required language
? Possess high level of expertise in software licensing and ownership of responsible categories/products/services
? Maintain strong and professional relationship and partnership with internal and external customers, partner teams, colleagues and superiors
? Participation, co-authorship and support in preparing internal process documentation, ISO/SOP documentation, localizations and translations of existing procedures into local languages/English, as appropriate
Education and Experience Required:
? University education or equivalent.
? Typically requires 3-5 years general experience, or equivalent combination of experience and college level education.
? Knowledge and Skills:
? Superior communication skills both written and verbal
? English Verbal and Written Skill
? Chinese Verbal and Written Skill
? Japanese Verbal and Written Skill
? Experience in customer facing role either remote or face to face
? Understands internal processes and tools
? Computer proficiency
? Problem solving skills
? Accuracy in data entry
? Excellent fluency in language to be supported.
? Experience in a phone based remote role
? Familiarity with computer technology
? Time management
? Skills Oversee compliance with operating procedures and standards
? Experience in call routing and processes as well as case logging systems and obligation systems
? Strong understanding of internal processes, tools and usage of such tools in managing daily tasks.
