Engineering Specialist：

Please get me some people for interview which meet following requirements:
- Bachelor or higher in Chemistry
- At least 8 Years experience in Desmear, Vertical continous plating or Electroless plating
- Experience in PCB/ICS
- Experience in leading teams and workgroups
- Experience in Model based problem solving and Failure analysis
- High technical understand for machines and processes
- Good in English
- Willing to make overtime


Main Tasks:
Main Tasks:
- Define process relevant procedure steps that aim to use existing resources perfectly and to minimize quantity of raw and auxiliary materials.
- Provide written documentation of procedures in form of process documentation.
- Coordinate the consumption of chemicals, raw and auxiliary materials.
- Check and optimize parameters of environmental impact regularly.
- Purchase new equipment (to draw up specifications, make evaluations and technical analysis, install and implement in production).
- Implementation of TS16949, ISO 14001 and OHSAS18001.
- Follow the 5s standard to keep the environment of the working area cleaning.
- Process continuous improvement and cost saving
