岗位职责:
1、接听电话,接收传真,按要求转接电话或记录信息,确保及时准确。
2、对来访客人做好接待、登记、引导工作,及时通知被访人员。
3、负责公司快递、信件、包裹的收发工作
4、负责办公用品的盘点工作,做好登记存档。并对办公用品的领用、发放、出入库做好登记。
5、负责复印、传真和打印等设备的使用与管理工作,合理使用,降低材料消耗。
6、协助上级完成公司行政事务工作及部门内部日常事务工作。
7、协助项目经理做好公司各部门之间的协调工作,积极完成上级交办的临时事务。
任职要求:
1.能熟练的操作电脑和基础的办公软件
2可接受应届毕业生
3.大专以上学历
4.性格外向,有亲和力,有良好的沟通能力和一定的处理问题的能力
5.勤恳,有责任心,态度积极,有良好的服务意识
6.英语熟练者优先考虑

Job Responsibilities:
1. Reception service
- Receive, screen all incoming phone calls and connect them to appropriate personnel.
- Control inventory relevant to reception area.
- Tidy and maintain the reception area.
- Welcomes on-site visitors, determines nature of business, and announces visitors to appropriate personnel.
- Prepare visitors badge for foreign/new employees and update the work logs.
- To maintain a log book with details of the names, purpose of visit, and entry and exit times of each and every individual who enters the building.
2. Hotline service
- Take and relay messages.
- Provide information to callers.
- Deal with queries from the public and customers.
3. Visit support
- Provide general administrative and clerical support.
- Play on and off the lobby TV daily.
- Support for the communication, coordination and implementation of important activities/conference.
.Cleaning Management: Audit Cleaning & Greenery Service management daily, and make a monthly report.
4. Others Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
1. Minimum 1 year working experience in related field, preferably in an MNC environment Minimum 1 year working experience in related field, preferably in an MNC environment;
2. Management related background;
3. Good command of Chinese and English (written and spoken)
4. Strong computer skills – proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
