？ Service KPIs are met; service reliability and accessibility reach defined standard
？ Full compliance to company’s operating procedure and customer’s SOP
？ Above-average customer satisfaction
Position Accountabilities:
？ Prioritize and delegate work tasks for customer service in-house staff with focus on customer
needs and performance targets.
？ Process and response to request from internal and external customer in a timely manner.
？ Timely follow up all payment issues.
？ Complete Service request from internal and external customer in accordance with company policy, customer’s SOP, ISO procedure and superior’s instruction in daily job.
