Day to Day Responsibilities:
1. Monitor the production process and analyze problems and concerns and implement or recommend corrective actions as required.
2. Coordinate QA daily operation including emergency job change , flow design change with engineering and other appropriate as relate to implementation with QA operations.
3. Co- work with PE/Engineering new line product qualification.
4. Handle non-conformity case from Melting & Finishing or other plants.
5. Coordinate Quality related projects as assigned in support of improvement.
6. Analyze process capability & performance.
7. Support to join EEP case study with engineering team.
8. Lead a-DMAIC Projects.
Education & Experience
B.S or above degree in Engineering relative major
At least 3 years QA or process experiences/ Work experience in Optical or Electronic industry would be a plus.
Required Skills
Good knowledge in Statistic Tools, SPC, QC Story and Quality relative tools.
Good English comprehension in spoken, writing and reading.
Good communication and coordination skill for cross department cooperation
Can work independently by self and also work well within team.
ISO9000 audit skill
Desired Skills
Logical thinking and data oriented.
Problem solving and decision skill.
Aggressive and willing to take challenge and work hard and smart.
Soft Skills
Computer skill and project management
Good personality and negotiation skill.
Strongly in data analysis/ Statistical using skill are prefer.
