职位描述：
Account reconciliation timely to make sure no any delay for sign invoices. ？
AR Reconciliation with customers.？
Collection and administration of overdue accounts including problem solving to ensure the timely collection of these accounts. ？
Recommendation and implementation of action on slow and problem accounts in line with the company credit control and collection policy. ？
Reporting of overdue and credit accounts to Managers and Sales team. ？
Building and maintaining close relationships with the sales team and customers. ？
Field visit to customers. ？
Have meetings with Supply Chain and sales team to solve AR dispute. ？
AR booking for OEM accrual rev, bad debt after getting approval from CET,AR Accounts cleaning. ？
Golden invoice settlement, follow up unbilled invoices with colleagues, calculate output tax amount in the end of month-end , advice output file to GL every month-end. ？
Reconcile output VAT between SAP and golden invoice system. ？
Golden invoice/accounts receivable voucher/ Original contract of FMCG department filing.
Reqirments:
Good business and financial acumen
Effective verbal and written communication skills Open, energetic, good influential skills Strong commitment of achieving targets
Education: College degree in Accounting or related field.
At least 5 years’ experience in Account Receivable field in multi-national companies. ？
