1.0 Position Specific Responsibilities and Performance Standards. 职位特殊的责任及执行的标准
Product Development (Program Launch)
1. Take project lead (GCN) and coordinate with other functional teams to ensure the program progresses are on track and time lines can be meet.
2. Lead reviews and provides project tracking update sheet in regular base, ensure issues and actions were captured, follow up and closed by assignee.
3. Actively participate in projects following the APQP Process. (FMEA, FEA, DFM, DFA, DOE)
4. Participate in design reviews, interfacing with design and program manager teams across operations in GUS and GEU.
5. Assist CAD designer to complete component and assembly drawings. (In the future…).
6. Release BOM’s and process routing in required systems. (QAD.)
7. Support purchase and quality assurance team to interact with suppliers of purchased components.
8. Interact with and supply CAD data to suppliers.
9. Assist in root causing failures and implement corrective actions, if necessary and applicable, as per request by cross functional team managing CAs.
10. Research customer requirements to ensure that products meet the purposes for which they are designed and satisfy those requirements.
11. Maintain and ensure the completeness of Product Profile per requirement, submit for approval.
12. Coordinate and secure initial samples execution and availability (PPAP and Master Samples) to ship to customer as per program time line.
Advance Manufacturing Engineering (Production Launch)
1. Maintain an awareness of new developments in technology and relevant production processes and evaluate and apply those that may be of benefit to the company.
2. Conducts PFMEA, DOE, SPC analysis and uses other quality tools to fulfill customer requirements and manufacturing process development initiatives.
3. Develops preventative maintenance plans for new equipment and manufacturing technologies.
4. Provides input for the new product equipment selection, installation and maintenance.
5. Provides input to the process controls & design controls activities.
6. Develop and implement “Poka Yoke”
7. Conducts engineering studies and analyzes related to production process effectiveness data.
8. Develop process flow(s) and provide input for process control plans, which are developed and released by MQA.
9. Monitoring tooling development progresses and outcome evaluation.
10. Support troubleshoots manufacturing equipment and processes.
11. Support fields customer complaints, working together with cross functional team led by MQA determines root cause and develops corrective actions.
12. Quarantines, documents and dispositions of engineering development products & materials associated to advanced manufacturing teams.
13. Support development and evaluation of inspection methods and measurement capabilities. (support Manufacturing Quality Assurance team for CP development)
14. Provides input to the Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) process in the development of new jobs.
15. Support manufacturing continuous improvement team – with process analysis, DOEs and improvement projects.
16. Develop and release automation and fixture and jigs for manufacturing development.
Specialized Tooling Engineer…
1. Managing molds from award-of-business to end-of-program.
2. Handling RFQs with tool suppliers & communication with program team.
3. Perform mold flow, warp analysis, and provide design concerns to Design Engineers.
4. Follow tool builds, trials, and reporting results.
5. Manage open issues & progress reporting.
6. Maintain tool design & "lessons learned" library.
7. Complete customer driven documentation.
8. Manage end-of-program transfers.
Advanced Quality Assurance (Program/Production Launch)
1. Execute, manage, coordinate and ensure PPAP completeness on time.
2. Interface and coordinate with manufacturing quality assurance team for supplier quality approval and SPPAP release.
3. Develop, execute, monitor and sustain DV-PV processes for new programs and design change.
4. Define and execute measurement systems for quality assurance.
5. Execute PPAP and master samples measurement and other quality control processes and reports.
6. Manage, coordinate and sustain ISO TS16949 compliance. Define and execute internal system audits and improvement/corrective actions.
7. Manage and direct quality assurance laboratory activities to develop and deliver PPAP requirements and support manufacturing quality assurance by specific measurements.
8. Support manufacturing continuous improvement team – with process analysis, DOEs and improvement projects.
9. Manage and sustain PPAP and master sample approval, directory and inventory.
