Mac Expert 作为售前产品专家将通过接听来电向顾客提供产品购买咨询和解决 案。Mac Expert 须熟 悉 Apple 产品及配件的功能特性,通过产品使用经验和案例分享向顾客作出恰当推荐并最终促成定购 。在快节奏的 作环境中,Mac Expert 在保持优异的个 绩效同时,能够为顾客提供世界 流的服务 体验。

Mac Experts will receive training to enable them to sell Mac and accessories. 所有的Mac电脑专家都会接受专业的培训
Mac Experts will be expected to:
作职责
Learn about Mac and become an expert on the Mac product features and related accessories;
通过学习Mac的知识,成为Apple Mac产品以及相关配件的产品专家; Understand Apple’s Digital Lifestyle strategy and how Mac fits into it;
理解Apple的“数字科技改变 活”的战略目标以及对mac的了解
Provide consultative solutions to customers based on their needs, following the Apple Online Store Customer Engagement model;
基于客户的需求提供顾问式咨询解决 案,掌握Apple在线商店客户互动模式
Understand how to leverage multiple sources of information to stay current on product features and technology changes; and,
懂得如何利用多 面的信息资源保持对产品的了解
Understand how to appropriately set customers’ expectations after they have placed their order, e.g., “what happens next,” to ensure a favorable end-to-end purchase experience; 在客户订购产品后,了解如何适当地设定客户的期望值,例如:”接下来会发 什么”,以确保客 户有 个良好的购物经验;
Enter new Sales orders into the appropriate system(s) accurately
使用适当地系统帮助客户完成订单,并做客户的订单
Education
专科以上,本科优先考虑。
